Each individual recipient counts as one email. For example, sending a message to three recipients counts as three emails against your monthly quota. Emails that bounce or are rejected still count toward your total.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan immediately and the new limits take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied when upgrading mid-cycle.
We will not cut off your email delivery mid-month. If you exceed your limit, overage emails are charged at a per-email rate specific to your plan. You will receive a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your quota so there are no surprises.
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
